If you do not share your idea with others you will never be able to realise it, yet many entrepreneurs are hesitant to share their idea. Sometimes, this is sensible, for example, if you have invented a new technology that could be patented it is often sensible to get other parties to sign a confidentiality agreement (such as Non-Disclosure Agreement) before you reveal anything important. However, most of the time, you can say a lot about your idea without revealing any genuine intellectual property. In this film a startup guru Steve Blank shares some practical advice.
