This short clip explains the importance of metadata, the meaning of terms and conditions and other specifics of copyright.
Note: this video describes UK copyright law, which is also applicable in Switzerland, but with one subtle difference. In Switzerland, only the commercial rights of a work can be transferred not the copyright as a whole. The moral rights always remain with the author. For example, even if you paid an architect for designing your house, you may need his/her agreement to make changes to it later.
